How does shipping work?

Boxes: We deliver via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Canadian orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.

All that said, we'll be in touch with tracking information the moment your package is on its way! If you require expedited shipping, please e-mail us and we'll be happy to accommodate you. Please note that Pretty Lit is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered orders; we will however make our best efforts to help you find the shipment. 

What's your processing time? 

We ship items after 1 business day. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day. 

I'm discreet! Any of boxes marked? 

Nope! We highly value discretion, so all shipping materials are unmarked and do not display Pretty Lit branding, nor any cannabis imagery. 

What is your exchange and return policy?

At this time, all products on prettylit.ca are non-refundable, mainly due to health and safety reasons. Exchanges are only offered if you received the wrong order, so long as the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@prettylit.ca  within 3 days of receiving your package for details on how to proceed. Please note that we do not refund original shipping fees, though we'll gladly cover the cost of shipping the new item. 

What currency will I be charged in? 

Canadian dollars (CAD). Please note that prices displayed at checkout are in CAD.  

Do I have to pay for taxes or customs and duties?

. Canadian residents will be required to pay a provincial sales tax on their orders. When you proceed to purchase at checkout, sales tax will be calculated on the total value.

Are your prices ever subject to change?

We reserve the right to alter the cost of products and shipping. 

How old do I have to be to place an order on PrettyLit.ca?

Minors are strictly prohibited. Upon visiting prettylit.ca, you will be presented with an age-check. By clicking "I Am 19 years old or older", you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction:

19+ in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. 
18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.

Do you sell cannabis?

Most definitely NOT. But maybe one day...
